Regular Program
Our belted program, that will teach students a variety of styles including Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, and Judo.

Black Belt Club
Only for the most dedicated students who are focused on the goal of achieving their black belt. Students in black belt club can take unlimited classes including kickboxing. Black Belt Club members may try out for competition team.

Kickboxing
Our beginner kickboxing classes are designed to introduce the fundamentals of striking in a fun, supportive environment. You’ll learn basic punches, kicks, and defensive movements while building strength, confidence, and cardio fitness. No experience is needed—each class includes a warm-up, technique instruction, and beginner-friendly drills to help you progress at your own pace. Perfect for anyone looking to get fit, relieve stress, and learn self-defense.

Rangers - ages 4-6
Our Rangers program introduces young children to martial arts through fun, engaging activities that teach basic movements, balance, and coordination. Classes focus on building listening skills, confidence, respect, and self-control in a positive, age-appropriate environment. Each session combines structured learning with playful drills to keep students active and motivated.
